How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Aromatherapy
Use Cypress in your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the refreshing and uplifting aroma. Why not try creating your own essential oil blends? Experiment to create your favourite blend, the possibilities are endless!

Massage
Blend Cypress Essential Oil with a carrier oil and other essential oils for a personalised massage oil. We love Apricot Kernel #204 and Grapeseed #210. Get creative to create your perfect massage oil blend.
Skincare
Add a few drops of Cypress Oil to Witch Hazel #702 for a super quick and easy homemade toner perfect for oily skin. You must remember to shake it before use to disperse the oil. Use a cotton wool pad to sweep the toner across the skin after you have cleansed.
